Cancellation policy for all Lessons:
Brickyard members must notify the Brickyard 48 hours in advanced if they will be missing a scheduled lesson. If notification is not given by that time there will be no makeup lesson allowed and any or all fees will be forfeited or charged to your account. Cancellations sometimes may be exchanged, but may not be the same times. This request must be approved by The Brickyard Management. Approval may be granted if space is available.

Membership policies and Monthly Charges:
Memberships are based on the current year. Monthly rates are set forth by this Agreement. The Brickyard cages reserves the right to adjust the amount of Monthly dues only on renewal. Renewals will be on or before December 15th of the current year. The amounts of months are determined by the remaining months in a current year. Members may be responsible for the full dollar amount of a membership. No cancellations are allowed unless the full amount of the remaining year is paid in full. A pro-rated amount may be agreed upon. Monthly membership dues and outstanding membership balances will be automatically billed to your credit card each month on the 5th day. In the event payment isn’t paid - the membership is immediately terminated and the member is responsible for the remaining balance. Memberships must be cancelled at least 1 week prior to the renewal date. Memberships are not transferable. Memberships may be upgraded at any time by simply paying any or all adjusted initiation fees.

Membership use and Off Peak Hitting Policy:
The Brickyard Cages will always do our best to accommodate a member. However there is no guarantee that space will always be available for Brickyard members use at all times. Individuals may be asked to share space with other members or walk-ins when necessary. Off Peak hitting may be limited to a certain number of cages and participants. These amounts will be determined and regulated by The Brickyard. There are absolutely no Independent Coaches allowed during Off Peak hitting.
